[SOLVED] Cannot upload any images to prestashop!

Hi everyone!

I'm a newbie to Prestashop and I'm highly admired with all the functions in Prestashop and loving it pretty much.

However, I now experiencing 1 issue which the tittle has say it all and I think it's a very common issue in Prestashop.
I've searched all the related problem in this forum as well as googled it but found no luck to fix the issue.

The problem is whenever i try to upload a store logo, home page logo, block advertise photo or product photos, its said
I have sucessfully updated it but there's no change or show in both front and back office at all.

Could anyone please help!

Hi everyone,

I had the same problem with Prestashop 1.3.6 and has just SOLVED by asking my hosting provider to fix something in the php.ini file.

If your provider cannot help to fix the problem then you may consider to switch your hosting to www.xtrawebhosting.com because
Prestashop is an extremely great piece of shopping cart for your online business and I believes that you don't wanna loose it. My
provider has responded my request with 5mins of openning a help ticket and fixed the problem straight way, so impressed with their
services.

I'm now a happy PrestaShopper
