Beginner problems?

Hi
i have nevly installd prestashop and start to configur it, yesterday i got a strange problem. When i try to save settings in my back-office i get a message that the webbpage can not bee found. It seems to bee some problem with the conection betveen the store and the database. Is there anywon ho knows what to do?

i forget to inform, prestashop loggo and the message "under construktion" dosent show propperle ider in my front-office.
Somthimes when iam open my backoffice, i dount get the question for username and password i can go direct in too my backoffice.

my host is www.one.com the problem pops up when iam trying to save sittnings like enable shop.

Hi,

We are also using one.com and have no problems with the database connection.

Have you entered the database username and password supplied by one.com into your configuration file (settings.inc.php) in the config directory?

No i have only enterad my username and password fore my database under the installation process and in my back-office.
