webdesigner323
I installed a template onto my store (easyartstore.com) but the top black navigation bar is missing! I've checked the files several times to make sure I uploaded everything and have all the modules set up correctly but nothing works. This is the template (notice the black navigation bar at the top):http://cms.template-help.com/prestashop_31061/
sbnet
Hi,Check that the module is in the right hook. It should be in the 'top of pages' hook.
webdesigner323
They all seem to be in the correct hook. So frustrating!
sbnet
I just checked your store, the code for the menu seems to be in the right place, but there's a problem with the CSS. Did you change something ?
webdesigner323
Yes I overwrote a few of the style sheets to make sure the latest ones were installed. Can you tell which css files have the issue?
sbnet
It's a problem of position, you have to compare with the original theme using Firebug.
webdesigner323
Unfortunately, I did that already and all the positions were the same.

webdesigner323
I was able to solve the problem. Two things that I think solved the issue were that I completely reinstalled prestashop on the root of my site. I also made sure to position all the modules correctly. There is a link modules > positions called "Transplant a module" that you have to use to position everything correctly. Good luck!
houston311
Hi, thanks for the reply. My positions are correct according to the read-me file from the theme provider. I also have the shop loaded in the root.
