Wrong prices (incl. tax) shown in Prestashop v1.3.6 ?

Problem description:
Prestashop v1.3.6 seems to have a problem showing the right customer prices (incl tax).
Values seems to be the prices (excl. tax) even it's clearly stated that they are (incl. tax) ?

How can this problem be solved ?

Back Office configuration:
Back office > Payments > Taxes:
=> Tax option: Enabled

Back Office > Shipping > Contries:
=> County: Denmark / ISO code: DK / Zone: Europe / Status: Ena / Contain states: No / Need tax id. num.: No

Back Office > Shipping > Zones:
=> Europe selected / Allow shipping to this zone

Shop Configuration:
Prestashop v1.3.6
Pres 5a them from Prestashopthemes.net
Languages: English & Danish
Host: one.com

Okay problem solved ;-)

Thanks to great help from Vincent I actually solved the problem:

Go to: Back Office > Payment > Taxes
=> Click the icon with paper/pencil to see the zones (e.g. select Europe in my example)

... and it actually works ;-)
