Problem with function order delivered

From Friday, October 19, the Back Office system prestashop 1.6.1.6. version has the following problem

as soon as you execute the ORDER DELIVERED command or even the ORDER DELIVERED, a blank page appears with the following symbol at the top of the left []

The command string that does not work should be as follows

if you go back with the return command on the previous page the Back Office shows that the command has been executed

If instead you press the page refresh command (F5) the Back Office reports an error that informs you that the requested operation has already been performed

This happens both with I.E. 11 that with CHROME

My operating system is WIN 7 Extreme updated with the latest updates.
