Stretch Watermark Image

I saw similar questions in the forum but no answers. Is there a way to change the watermark module so that it will stretch or shrink the watermark image so that it looks the same on all size images?

I don't know of any way to do that within PrestaShop. It sounds like something that would require a special module or some custom coding.

The simple way to keep your watermark a consistent size on all your images (of the same size) is to be sure you upload all you images as the same size. For instance, I upload all my images as 600x600 pixel images, which is the size of the largest image used in my shops. If you do that, then for each image size you use (small, medium, large, thickbox, home, etc.), the watermark will be the same within that particular image size. Of course the watermark will be smaller or larger if you compare one picture size to another (i.e. compare a "home" picture to a thickbox picture).

Unfortunately, this can be difficult, or impossible, if you don't have the ability to make sure all your images are the same size. I don't know if this will help or not, but I did a video tutorial on creating a favicon in which I show how to use GIMP (similar to Photoshop but free), to resize images to a 600x600 pixel image.
