Create a Credit Card information Form for clients to fill out

Hi, I am trying to figure out how I can create a credit card information form for my clients to fill out and send with their order. We don't want to take their money automatically online as we have a lot of variables that will effect the price. So we will do our in-house invoice first after order is placed and then we will manually authorize their credit card using the information they have filled out. Does anyone know the best way for me to do this?

There is the Offline Credit Card Payment module.

Sound like what you need. Get the credit card info and bill them once you are done with everything.
