Fictional product on e-mail alerts

Hello,

We have just launched our online shop (https://lovetruk.eus) and we receive an e-mail alert because of a new order, it always appears first a product which we do not offer: "Mountain fox notebook Style : Ruled". This product does not change the total ammount and it does not appear when you watch orders on the website. What is happening?

Some options:

 - You added it yourself to the template when you developed the site. Do a text search and see if the product is hardcoded somewhere in your files.

 - It could be the result of a messy removal of demonstration products and orders. In that case the problem would disappear after some time.

 - another option is that there is something strange in the database tables. You might have a look at the ps_order_detail table.
