mikeis2cool
I wish to upgrade my 1.6.1.6 version to recent release of 1.6.1.22. This is so I can continue to use 1.6 theme and avoid PHP 7 errors. Anyway, 1Click only wants to offer latest 7.4 version. And in looking all over for this seemingly common needed solution, I can't find it! So here I am at the source, hoping there is a simple solution. Thanks ahead to all! pedepot
They are multiple releases in a year. An update includes changes in the theme as well. Personnally I stick to a version unless there is a big change. Even for bugs and security breaches, a fix is made available on Github and you can cherry peak which files need to be replaced. You could use one the first version of the early 1 click update button. razaro
You can use latest version of auto upgrade module, currently 4.4.0 https://github.com/PrestaShop/autoupgrade/releases but when installed click on "More options (expert mode)" button an select Minor version from dropdown and click on save button. Then click on "check if there is new version" button and you should get latest 1.6 version. http://nimb.ws/8ufmxr . Note like any upgrade do make manual backup of files and database and if you have test/staging site try upgrade there before working on production/live version of site.
mikeis2cool
Thanks guys, for taking your time to answer. rozaro: For some reason my 1Click version did not display th "Minor Upgrade" option (in Expert Mode), even though I ad just upgraded it. After I installed the version from your link, there it was! Anyway, following your advice, I was able to upgrade to version 1.6.1.22. And in doing so, when I transferred my site (local) to the server, it solved the 500 errors from PHP errors. Awesome! So thanks again!
