deepee Posted February 9, 2011 Share Posted February 9, 2011 I have been trying to recreate my database on a local system for the last two days, with the intention of trying an off-line upgrade from Version 1.2.4.0. to 1.3.6.0 before going live.When I use the database backup tool in the back office, I get bad CRC's on trying to unpack it.I have tried on both a Windows 7 and Ubuntu Linux box. Same problem on three different backups.However, when I use my cPanel backup routine, the resulting archive unpacks without problems.Is this a known issue with the Prestashop tool?I'm concerned in case there are any underlying issues with my database that will break things in the upgrade.The other anomaly is that I get errors when I try a phpmyadmin import (under XAMPP) on the Windows box.I don't get errors with the same version of phpmyadmin on the Linux box under LAMPP.Anyone else exeperienced these issues?
