Problem with function order delivered

From the afternoon of today 19 October 2018 and in particular from 3.30 pm I have the following problem

If I click on the ORDER FOR DELIVERY function, the system stops as if it were doing the same operation several times and BO di Presta gives me the error that this function has already been done several times for the order in progress.

Same with the DELIVERED ORDER function. A white page shows up with the following symbol at the top left of the screen []

(which also appears for the previous function)

This happens with I.E. 11 and WIN 7 PRO.

Anyone can tell me why and if by chance this problem is due exclusively to a BROWSER factor?
