shmogalou Posted October 18, 2018 Share Posted October 18, 2018 Hi, For several weeks now I have had clients contacting me to say they are having problems signing in to their account, or making a new account, although others are able to sign in with no problem. I now realise that the problem only concerns clients using the Safari navigator on an Apple device. Is anyone able to advise me on how to cure this problem?
