City error & Comand page problem

Hello.

Recently i`ve tried to put the fields from registrastion in order, so i wanted country to be first, then state, than city. After more attempts i dose`nt reach nothing.

More then that now i can`t put any more commands on site like:

 

I complete tara(country)

then cod postal(postal code)

then Localitate (city)

and when i choose the judet(state) the localitate (city) field is autmatically delete and i recive a blank list

 

 

The second problem is that i can`t see the orders . When i click on the order (any order in administrator) i recive this text:

Please anyone help me. I can pay for it if is necessary, i urgently need a solution.
