dilevery costs disappear with ideal payment

Hello,

I have a problem with my prestashop 1.7.3.1  store. when clients pay with ideal and select delivery, they pay the total amount including the delivery costs, but prestashop gets an order without delivery costs. the clients recieves a mail saying the placed an order without delivery and also that they have payd the amount without the delivery costs. in prestashop i then get an allert, saying that the client payed more (total amount incl the delivery) than what they should have.... what could be hapening here?
