Language pack problems - v. 1.1.0.4

I have just installed the v. 1.1.0.4 for testing purposes, and want to import my translations from a 1.1.0.2 installation.

But I seems I can't import a language pack or create at new language????

Create new language
I get the error:

Import language pack
When I try to import a language pack I get this error:

"archive cannot be extracted"

I have set all the folder permissions recursively to 777 on:
/img
/mails
/modules
/themes/prestashop/lang
/translations
/upload
/download

Any ideas where to correct the errors?
