order of products in Subcategory

Hi all

In my back office the order of items in my subcategories is fine. However on my website they appear in the order they have been inputed.
I want to move them about. Is this possible and if so how do you do it?

for eample I have "female toys" near the top and "male toys" at the bottom. I want to put them one on top of the other.

Please note these are sub categories.

If you are talking about products in a subcatagory you should be able to move them around using the up/down arrows in their listing in BO. Thats how I do it.

In my presta back office, in the subcategories block, the two categories are next to each other.

the problem is that in my store the items are well apart, with about 6 items in between them.

I really would like them to sit together on my actual site page.

Hi

I am not clear whether you are talking about catagory order or product order?

For products just use the arrows in the product table

For catagories you need to preceed the catagory title with the number relating to the order you want them to appear.
(the number will not show) Have a play, I am sure you will crack it. - I had the same problem.
