PS 1.7 > Añadir producto reenvia a Inicio

he actualizado de prestashop 1.7.3.3 a 1.7.4.3 

 

y da este error al intenat añadir un producto

 

 

el modo debug indica:

PrestaShopDatabaseException

intenta borrar el cache y  vuelves a añadir un producto de prueba

Tengo exactamente el mismo problema... tampoco deja modificar los productos creados anteriormente.

Si consigo algo lo pongo por aquí.
