When we inquired with our hosting service provider, they told that it was being caused due to a module installed in PrestaShop, the HostGator server was not receiving a timely response from the server for the gamification module. they have renamed the folder for the module from `gamification' to `gamification.bak' They told us that we may need to contact PrestaShop/gamification developers to check if they have an update for the module. Anybody can assist us with this? If you're able to enter your BO, disable the gamification module (customers expertise), clear the BO cache and enjoy the new speed.
