price not imported when importing from CSV

Hi!

I have problem with importing from CSV.
I have prices like this: 0.56
I'm making CSV file with OpenOffice Calc.
trying to upload CSV, everything else is coming except the prices.

Question: do I have to have prices like 0,56 or they can be 0.56 ? Also in CSV do the prices have to have around them the " or not?

When the price was an integer: 56 then it was imported.

Hi Cobolian, I have the same issue, I tried the "0.15" notation, but it still imports as 0.00
You can see the correct price just before import, but it does not import correctly.

I also use Version 1.3.6.0.

any suggestions?

I found the solution here on the forum topic : "price it’s not correctly when importing from CSV "

There is a bug/mistake in the AdminImport.php

Replace it with the one in attachment.
(Or do it like I did. Rename the old one to _bck and copy the new one in place.)

It worked instantly ! And the price didn't have to be between "brackets"

Thanks for the input Cobolian.

Do you have to place it between " " in 1.3.7 or not?
Because it can be a bit of a pain when you get a pricelist from a client.
