Return Module

Hello,

We are running a 1.6.1 Prestashop install and are looking for a good module which will handle the returns process. All we want is for a customer to be able to locate their order either through an email and order number or inside their account if they registered at the time of purchase. 

Customers should be able to either return individual items (system must combine) or the whole order.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

PrestaShop has "Merchandise returns" which are OFF by default. Have you tried it?
