CSV import successful but not showing in BO

Problem is quite simple really : When i try to import a csv of store information (adress, name etc...) it fails in two different ways: 

 

i have tried in advanced parameters > import, where it tells me 

• the store not valid (BOULANGERIE MORIAN)
• property Store->name is empty.

So in this cas import not even succesful.

 

2nd case, i try import in contacts > stores > import 

and then it works : 

• CSV data imported. Inserted records : 1 - Skipped/Invalid records : 0

But no store added anywhere !

 

anyone know why ? im 1.7.4.2
