"MySQL server has gone away" on Payment > Preferences

Hi,

 

My client has a bug since I transfered his Prestashop 1.7.3.0  to 1and1.

In the  administration on tab payment  > preferences : it is very long to load and fishish with blank page.

I activated the debug mode, and here is what I have :

 

I followed the files but can't understand the bug. I'm noob with 1.7.
