Same Product in different Categories is considered duplicate?

If i have in the Main Category all products from all subcategories in that Category, is it duplicate content?


Let's give an example

i have prod1, prod 2, prod3 and prod 4 in Category 1 >> subcategory 1
i have prod5, prod 6, prod7, and prod 8 in category 1 >> subcategory 2


i have prod9, prod 10, prod11 and prod 12 in Category 2 >> subcategory 1
i have prod13, prod 14, prod15, and prod 16 in Category 2 >> subcategory 2

and so on...
and most important i have same prod 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 in directly in Category 1 and prod 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 directly in Category 2 also.
and the same for each category...

So, is this ok or it's considered duplicate?

I guess so, try to add some additional tekst and to separate them.
