how to hide product from new arrivals when i add discount?

Hi

I use prestashop 1.8.1.18 and my website is :

https://nipeshoes.gr

i have in the home page New Arrivals -->  "Νέες Αφίξεις!"

i want to hide product when i add Special Offer --> "Προσφορά!"

i want this because when i add Special Offer --> "Προσφορά" the product hasn't new

 

Can it make this?
