Resincoat Posted October 2, 2018 Share Posted October 2, 2018 Hello, Has anyone else out there had an issue where manual orders, input by employees into the back office has caused Google Analytics to record false transactions? We are getting a situation where when an order is manually input in the back office it records two transaction IDs. One is the correct ID that matches the order and the other is an ID from a few months ago that has nothing to do with the current order. This is problematic as it drastically skews our stats/data from Analytics which we use for ads. I have spoke with Google and they have advised our tracking code is set up correctly and that the issue seems to be with the Prestashop module. Does anyone know of a fix to this?
