CSV attribute and category issue

I have 2 problems on importing csv files.
First when I import products with categories if I write category for example garden and garden is yet uploaded like category on site it duplicates same category. I have to write ID of category?

Second very important for me, I uploaded correctly csv file for attributes and it work very well, but I have issue that says product not available, write email ...
I know if I do generate combinations it works perfectly.
Is there a system after uploading attributes to regenerate all attributes for products in any way and not one by one via BO?
