how to remove index.php from the url

Hi there,

After the installation of the version prestashop 1.7.4.2 , the mark index.php shows in the urls all the time.

1) I tried to activate the "friendly url' option from the back office, the mark index.php was disppeared. 

But the front website could not work correctly. The product pics are weird. Nothing can be seen. And there is no reaction after clicking the prodcut pic. 

If I turn off the "friendly url' option from the back office, the mark index.php shows again. The website works. 

The product pics could be showed normally. And it comes to the detail page after clicking product pic.

2) By the way, I use the window hosting for my website. 

Then I went to the hosting provider for help, they suggested to add the web.config file for the website to set up friendly URL using URL rewrite rules in it.

I tried it by myself. And the hosting provider did it for me, too.

But this way did not work.

Then they adviced me to seek for help from website developer. 

So could you help me to remove the mark index.php from all the urls ?

Or could you advice me how to do it ?
