change the search result page

Good day all.

I'd like to change the search result page, my goal is to change the title (I'd like to attache the searched string to the title "search  result" And I'd like to add some lines to the content of the page, (simply line of texts and some links, nothing special).

Now, since I'd have to make it on several sites, I'd like to make a "standard" solution. The best approach is to make a module? I don't like a child theme, since I have to propagate it to several sites, and the effort of making so much child themes will be too much.

the "module way" is the one I prefer, since I can install it on all the sites and then maybe adjust the visualization as I like.

can you point me in the right direction? thanks in advance.
