Berlin Job Offer: Hiring PrestaShop Operator for LaCinetek Germany

LaCinetek is the No1 VOD-site for classic films in France. Filmmaking icons such as Todd Haynes, Leos Carax, Wim Wenders are featured as curators and they present their own lists of classic films that influenced them at different points in their careers. Users can engage in the unique experience of following these filmmakers to discover an international catalog of film heritage. Now LaCinetek is branching out to make their catalogue available in Germany. EYZ Media GmbH is supporting Paris based La Cinémathèque des Réalisateurs  in setting up LaCinetek Germany. The VOD system of LaCinetek is based on PrestaShop. We are aiming to fill the position of a PrestaShop operator for LaCinetek Germany. 

Ideally candidates would be based in Berlin, Germany to be able to work in close proximity to the project team and management. The main qualification requirements are:

• Proof of experience with other PrestaShop projects
• Experience with product/payment/analytics report for PrestaShop modules
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT for customizing components would be considered a plus.

Full time and half-time applications will be considered.  The job is ongoing. The job can be carried out either as a company emploee with full benefits or on a freelance bases.
Our office language is English, French language skills are a plus. Our office is located conveniently in Berlin-Mitte. 
You will be working closely with an expert team of developers both in France and Germany as well as with the editorial, marketing, finance, encoding, admin and acquisition team members. You should be able to work in teams, adhere to deadlines, tolerate stress, track and document your work.
