Data from PrestaShop Addons is invalid, and cannot fallback on cache in PS1.7.3.0

Everytimes when we click to the modules / installed modules in BO will show lot of error as below.

 

 

 I tried to turned on the debug mode will have following error. I searched in old post have similar case and error but it seem that one is caused by the cacert.pem. but mine one is caused by "Notice: Trying to get property of non-object". Could anyone know why will caused this error? 

We are running : PS1.7.3.0

PHP: 7.0.31 on Linux Server

Today the problem has been solved automatic, it seem may be caused by Prestashop modules server as we didn't do anything and now resume normally.
