Friendly URL problem

My current site URL is showing like this - "http://7color.eu/lang-en/5-gift-item". But I want to remove the "lang-en" part from it. It is coming inevery URL. I want it like this - "http://7color.eu/5-gift-item". Can anyone help me about this?
I have another problem:
I am trying to add an extra page in prestashop. The url is "http://7color.eu/lang-en/order-now.php?id_product=12". I have created the php page and also the class. Friendly URL is on. So when I am trying to hit that URL from product detail page, it remains on tha same page which is "http://7color.eu/lang-en/12-t-shirt.html". When the friendly URL is off, it works fine. How can I solve this problem? Can I do this by editing htaccess? Please help.
