Need advice on adding content - support, download, manuals etc.

Need advise.
Some of my products require many pages of information. Many pictures, customer pictures, software to download, manuals to download, software features, FAQ, the list goes on.
Same info may be relevant to several products. So I want to be able to update info in one area only, not for each product.

Any suggestions.
