Prestashop 1.7 Geolocation only works on Tab not on PC & Phone

Hi Guys,

 

I'm new here. I would like to ask for assistance on my Prestashop issue. I just enable the Geolocation by IP address on my site.

My intention is to auto change currency based on customers' location. My website is https://www.topfashionbrands.amoritalia.my.

Upon enabled the function, the auto change currency only works when view it on Tab but doesn't work on PC or phone.

How to make it works on PC and Phone? Could anyone kindly please help me on this?

Hello,

Because it's ok on a tablet make me think the problem is from the device, not the site.
But maybe, fixing the javascript errors will solve the problem...

I can't fix this problem, but you can start by using the firefox (or chrome) javascript debuger . ( firefox debuger)

Right but I can't ensure this will solve your problem...

check that localizaton page does not have 'set country by language'.  if this is enabled then native geo location will not work

I wanna remain English as the country language. So is there any changes required?
