Module uninstalled message when clicking configure

Hello,

I've got a weird problem, with a couple of modules when clicking configure sometimes it loads them and others it gives a "Module uninstalled successfully" message but it's still installed.

Any one have any ideas?

go to performance page in admin and scroll to the bottom.

if this is set to 'yes' then this can cause 'very odd' results when working with modules

I should have also mentioned on performance page-->caching (file system) type is one you were using and which I have seen creat described issue.
