Dublicate product empty Quantity

Does someone have similar experiences with the next problem and how did you solve them?

We have version 1.7.4.2 running and use the last module of local stock synchronizer, the module does its job as it should.

Only we are faced with the following problem. When we dublicate a product, the reference code is included but the quantity is not, this is set to 0, and because we have the module local stock synchronizer with it also the rest of the products where the same reference code is used.

So the stock is no longer correct afther dublication of a product. 

Has someone an idea what it can be?
We have already tried the following with a solution of 2015 but unfortunately this did not work.
