How to prevent agents from editing same order in same time

Hi,

When customer orders something from my web shop, i have to phone call them to verify delivery address (Because payment handled by cargo firm and they are paying on door). Me and my friend trying to call them. Sometimes orders counts reaches to 100s and phone call really mess because sometimes we are calling same customer. 

Are there any addon realtime status update for all logged admins ? Or order page locker ? When im in order page can it be locked for other admins ?

How can i solve this ?
