what is defination of Country ID number from in prestashop 1.7

Hi experts

I would like to know as I look up this table : prstshp_country

there's id_country colume

what is this reference numbers from? 

As I look at wiki it is not show the same id country .  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Country_codes:_C

And it is not from premier key, in this case it is possible change the id_country or it will cause the other query retrive data logical error?

Have a look on structure. I noticed I had error on order viewing after change Country settings - this probably change id country i db and old addresses are invalid now.

id country is from prefix_country table for example ps_country
