Petter Enge
Hi ... I had to restore a prestashop installation from backup. The version is 1.7.3.1 I had the back up from copying all files via FTP and had a database backup using Prestashops own backup option. Before I restores I deleted all the files on the server and deleted all the tables in the database so that everything was clear. I copied the files from my backup to the server and via database admin I imported the table from my backup. The database tables and the file backup was done just at the same time so they should work together. All seemed to work until I went into admin and tried to save a product that was there before. I just added a price to it. When I clicked SAVE I got a red box on the upper right corner saying that the "Settings could not be saved" and the SAVE button was greyed out. I had to refreh to get the SAVE button back again. But strangely, what I added to the product was actually SAVED in spite of the error message. Can anyone explain ? And how can I get rid of this wrong behaving ?? Regards Petter
