Setup Free Shipping by number of products added

Hi all,

is there a solution to activate free shipping after X products added on cart? Not by manufacturer, brand or whatever, only by number of products?

Example: After 3 items on cart, free shipping to anywhere in the world.

Prestashop 1.6.11
