By using the Login as Customer module, the store admin can check any specific issue reported by the customer related to the “My Account” or "Checkout". The store admin gets an access to the entire account detail of the customer which includes the cart details and transaction history. This module is one of the best tools if you regularly receive customer concerns related to the checkout/orders.
