Block script

Hi guys, we are actually getting a problem with our prestashop websites which is redirecting to ads website without our knowing. When we investigated, we saw that there's an unknown script in our header and don't know how it is being shown here. In fact all of our websites are redirecting to some kind of ads websites and they all have this script in the header. Is there a way we can block this script until we find out how to resolve the problem please? Here it is below.

Maybe you are using nulled module? 

I think it will be better if you write which your website for better investigation of the problem. You can try to disable revsliderprestashop module
