Voucher Bug for Discount on order amount

Hi,

I'm having a bug with the vouchers when I select "discount on order (amount)."

I need these vouchers to only apply to certain product categories (and I only check the categories I want them to apply to) and yet at checkout the value of this voucher is applied to the entire shopping cart, even products that aren't in the selected voucher categories.

This seems to be a major bug. The category selection process works on the order percentage option, but not the order amount option for vouchers.

Has anyone else experienced this bug? Anyone know a solution?
