Trouble with Vouchers

I'm trying to create a Voucher for use with my shop.

If I create it "To be used by" All customers; it does NOT appear in a account's "My Vouchers" section.
If I set "To be used by" to one particular account, then the voucher appears in that account's "My Vouchers" section.

Ideally, what I'm trying to achieve is a voucher that I can tell people about BEFORE they register. So it needs to be available to all. But I don't want people to see it in their "My Vouchers" section, because not everyone is to use it!

Is there a better way?

unless I am wrong the actual situation is what you ideally want: you add a voucher for all customers. that is available to all. no registered customer sees it in their account section (as you found out, I never personally cared about this). plus, if you want to tell people about that voucher before they register: post the info on your startpage or whatever means, lile facebook or twitter etc.

which part am I missing? or are you all set now?

Ah Ha! (Or perhaps Doh!)

I expected the voucher to appear in "Your vouchers" when All Users have it; but you are right, this works exactly how I want.

Prestashop is very capable, but I wish there was some better documentation.
