Problem change email content

in the translations section it is not possible to modify the content of the emails and exit this sentence:
"There is a problem in receiving the mail file.
Make sure the English files in the folder ...... / themes / techmart / modules / ps_emailalerts / mails / en /"

Also this warning comes out:
A mail directory already exists for the "it" language, but not for the default language (en) in / themes / techmart / mails

How can I solve?
