dependence {IF} carrier / decorative packaging

I would like to make a dependency in the order pages in PS 1.6.1.19

Displaying a decorative package depending on the choice of a particular carrier.

In short : Displaying option "package depending" IF some carreir. Thats why I need correct syntax.

 

{if   ID carrier = [numer of carrier] or [numer of carrier] }

displaying:

checkbox package depending

{/if}

 

What code will be correct in this ?
