ps 1.7.4.2 show promotion end in product page

just displaying promotion end date

Yes, you can use : 

{$product.specific_prices.to}

to show end date of specific price.

[Knowband Plugins]

Yes, Use {$product.specific_prices.to} can be used to display the promotion end date but {$product.specific_prices.to} will not print the out in desired format.
