file explorer not work after add new theme

Hi all,

Since 3 days I look for solution..

after add new theme for my shop I cant use any file explorer in admin panel. 0 reactions when I want select file from my pc.Just button not repsond.

Before add new theme all work correctly... I can't add new logo.. can't add product image etc. 

I tried add new theme on local(xampp) and host (OVH).

I have all permissions set correct. Developers tools(google chrome) 0 errors..

I used prestashop 1.7.4.0 - stable (and my theme is for this version), but I also tried on presta 1.7.4.2.
