employee does not exist or bad password Tthe famous login problem

I googled everywhere and I signed up in the forum to see if there is a solution to the login issue "employee does not exist, or bad password'' when you login for the first time after installation. I thought I could find easy answer but I was wrong. I took a look at the myriad of questions about what I think is an easy fixes and I got a headache. I wander if I shoul continue with Prestashop.
