We’ve had a few orders which have come back with this type of error:Warning: £29.86 paid instead of £24.46 ! . i have attached the screen shoot.please help me! manish kakkar Posted February 2, 2011 Author Share Posted February 2, 2011 @ pmfjoe: the order total with shipping is £24.46 and paypal also show £24.46.i think its currency conversion problem in my site there are three curriences dollar euro and pound and my site default currency is pound.if the user make there order in dollar and euro then this error comes.if the user make there order in pound then order place sucessful with no payment error. darren62 Posted February 27, 2011 Share Posted February 27, 2011 I have been running my site for over a year now and all of a sudden I am getting these messages.I thought all of my settings only allowed checkout in GBP but now customers are using Euros and the problem has appeared. darren62 Posted March 23, 2011 Share Posted March 23, 2011 That link just takes you to the download for the version not the paypal model (module?).Why should I sddenly get a customer ordering in Euros when my default and checkout currency is GBP's and giving the payment error message.I have the shop set to only accept payments in GBP's so why should this happen?
