GPDR - Spain _ Help

Hello,

i'm using past prestashop 1.7 and i have doubt about NATIVE GPDR Module.

My legal departmend said we need HAVE the proof of Customer really Check the box. HOW?

1) Programmer Statement where he insures check box is obligatory.
or
2) Proof of Check Box was vaildated including IP and other info.

i check that Prestashop native module have not IP info and have not the way to EXPORT this information. I can read the info without IP but i can export.

i think that point 1 can't be solved, but i think could be easy include IP information and possibility of Export.

Any help pls?
